How do I get a different color name like other people who are not mods?

mmm, I don't seem to have notice that. What were the colors that your name has had? I wish my name would be colored pink...lol

It seems to be a "leftover" modification from the Earners forum. It only shows in certain places like the members list and their profile pages. They were either donators, VIPs, payed for the custom colors, or something. Don't know...never went to that forum. IMO, they're distracting and confusing.

I haven't noticed that. I have to admit, when I saw the thread (title only) in the forum, I thought you meant something like using "red" instead of "#ff0000" in html. Yours is much more interesting!

Ha ha. Yeah it's something that I have noticed ever since the merger and I wanted one but I am sure it is something like what moxxnixx said.

I've been wondering about this too, and figured it was a feature of EF, since I haven't seen the colors before the merger. Just so you know who's got a color and who doesn't, you can always look at the who's online page:
