She. I sent her a friendly PM asking her to stop (the first time I've ever done such a thing or felt like I had to). I also reported one of her posts and gave negative TP, just because of the unbelievable volume of pointless posts. I sure hope the mods have a blanket delete function....

There isn't actually a written rule about it. But, you need to learn proper forum etiquette.
Most forums on the web don't take kindly to necroposting (ie, reviving old threads).

Yeah, I noticed him as well. I reported his sorry you-know-what, if nobody else did!!!
