My wife is having problems downloading plugins, ever since her computer came back from the "shop".
I think they took everything off her computer and started again, reformat I think is the phrase.
When she tries to download a plugin like Adobe Flash Player, she goes through all the steps, and after restarting Firefox the website is still asking for the plugin to be installed.
Any idea what is causing this ? She never had this problem before her computer went in to be "fixed"
