Well, I run a small web Hosting business, and today we received our first call. It is rather unusual, as we do not offer phone support. Anywho, someone called and left a message on my home phone, and also left a number.
I was considering calling him back, however I don't know if that would be the best solution. Maybe I can try emailing him?
I'm sure calling back would REALLY be the best thing to do.... but i'm a bit skeptical. What would you guys suggest?

When he left a message did he specify whats the best way to get back to him? I think that you should give him a call back and get a phone support for your services. What will you do if a crowd calls you at home, that would be difficult to handle alone.
Well, after a few minutes of posting, I actually decided to call. Everything went smoothly, and he was actually very very polite.
He just told me to contact him back when I can. He managed to get my home phone off of paypal.

We are hoping to get this set up soon. We are rather new, and this form of support hasn't really been necessary.
