I troll around and post at a variety of other forums. I'm shocked by the bad advice proferred and defended at all of these other forums (which shall remain nameless). It gets tiring just correcting people who then come back and argue their asinine point (which mostly comes back to them justifying being lazy).

WT is simply the best with the highest quality advice. I think it worth a compliment to all those here who work so hard to be so very good at what they do and take the time to volunteer to set others on the path towards quality coding.

Thank you to all of those people and congrats to WT for attracting high quality.

Most sincerely,

Jeremy Miller

I agree too Jeremy, you are in the group of helpful peoples that lurks here.

As a side note not totally unrelated, did somebody had news from Adam ?
It's been a really long time I had not the pleasure to read his sarcastic comments...
I miss them.

You know, I dno't want to hijack this thread (and a great thread this is! ) but I've been wondering the same thing myself. His blog hasn't been updated in months.

Thanks for those who have recognized my contributions as well -- I try my best to add to such a great forum.

RE: Adam. Looks like he hasn't posted here in a couple of months. I had him blocked for quite some time as he wasn't too kind to me when I first came and answered a question about my own product (and, I'm glad I stayed anyway!) Personally, I prefer the nice, welcoming people I've otherwise encountered here.

And, here's to many more years for this forum!

Thanks for the love Jeremy and I want to agree with everyone above who included you in the giving out good advice department. You've been offering great advice since you first arrived here and it hasn't gone unnoticed.

I didn't actually mention it earlier, just hoping that it was clear, but Jeremy - you're one of the reasons for the extreme quality of technical information here. (So is VM!)

WT rocks. I'm not big on forums but I find this one to be a pretty close-knit community that has a lot of great members

edit: this is my 500th post so you can tell I'm not faking it!

Congrats on reaching 500 Tamar. I think many of us here are close knit, but even more I think it's that we all try to take the time to really help each other.
