I have joined a few different forums, though none quite as mentally stimulating as this one, but it seems to me that most forums are kind of like little segregated groups comprised of people totally dedicated to whatever the forum is about.

What are your hobbies outside of the computer realm? are you totally dedicated to more than one hobby? Because as we all assume, there may a world that exists beyond the internet!

I have a couple of other hobbies. A few are:

I hunt. Bow & Shotgun. I usually participate in turkey & deer season. I haven't yet been talked into goose season or black powder hunting. Goose season - because I really don't want to go sit in a muddy field

Black Powder hunting - because it's to cold in December to be sitting in the woods all day

I read. Real books, the kind with paper

. I will usually go through 2-7 books a month. When reading for educational purposes, it's usually online, but for entertainment it is usually the old fashion way.

I bought a motorcycle in February. It quickly became something that I want to spend large amounts of time doing. Anytime I can squeeze in a ride now, I do. Even if it's a 15 minute ride to a friend's house.

I read a lot (of real books with real paper) too.

I also like to do crafts. Mainly paper crafts and sewing. But I really haven't put a lot of time into those lately.

I am sitting here trying to think of something that I do that is cool, but I guess I am just a geek. Besides school, my job, and my contract work, I don't have a lot of time to do many hobbies.

The ironic thing is that I work for company that sells stuff for peoples' hobbies!!!

I like to get involved with quite a bit physical activity. Spending too much time on the computer makes me a bit drowsy, and it really makes me feel like it's just another day that has gone down the drain. Tennis is something I enjoy, as you don't need to round up too many fellas for that. It's a great activity with lots and lots of running

Ironically enough, I HATE other variations of art. I can't stand learning about it. I would sit at the back of my art class (mandatory course in high school .. need 1 art credit) and just crack jokes with my buds. I still managed a high average, however I really DID hate it. As a cause, I don't do too many other artistic things.

The usual ... friends, eating out, and chatting are all things I enjoy. Nothing too extraordinary.

For me watching television is next hobby outside web design. I usually watch food channel because it gives me an idea what to prepare for dinner and for parties. I do watch the news so that I will always be updated of what is happening inside the country and other countries as well. Watching the news gives us an updated weather report. I am also reading magazine and newspaper. I usually read magazine inorder for me to see what dress, clothes,bags and shoes are in fashion.

That describes me pretty well, too. I tend to deal with this by kayaking, cycling, and doing a bit of / not enough hiking.

I have some other hobbies instead of sitting and working infront of the pc: I do some sports in the gym and i meet friends when i have a lot of time.

But after a lot of work i am very tired and usually sit infront of the tv or just sleep.

I tried to change my hobby to socializing a lot. meet more ladies, interact with them more, have more friends, and my instincts were right... I should have just stayed in front of the computer..lol
