well there are many ways to exaggerate advertising. just to show results or something. one could use the product and really test the result, one could use computer tricks and one could get aid from the help of science and all other technologies. people could showa good hair style after applying hot oil treatment on it and say that it came from using a shampoo product, people could say that they got thin because of a pill or a machine but they could have cheated the images or have undergone some sort of operations.

Many of the advertisements want to sell the products by exaggerating the actual thing. Gullible consumers are attracted to the catchy advertisement and celebrity endorsement is the way to go these days. Be a judge yourself and analyze the product before buying and give less regard to the person who endorses the products
