It's just my sense about the speed. Could also be simply that I have so many extensions added to FF. I know each extension slows things down a little.
In some ways it's a shame Opera doesn't get more credit since so many things we now insist on in other browsers, liked tabs, were originally Opera creations.
One now we can have the new Google Chrome browser to add to the mix. I downloaded it, but haven't installed it yet.
