Hey Guys,


We are into web/internet business and we have constant communication with clients online by chat. The only problem we have is that we need a private chat system where we can communicate with our clients. These are the key features of the chat system we need:

1. web based (so clients wont be needing to install additional software to chat with us)
2. moderator has access to archives and archive settings (users wont be able to turn on or off their archives.
3. Moderators can delete/accept users.

We need to watch how employees and customer support people handle clients, that is the reason we need to keep archives.

Does anyone know of a such chat system? It will be great help to us.
