Where you don't feel like doing anything at all. You know work needs to be done, but you just don't feel like doing it, and you don't do it.
I'm feeling.. blah... and I know I should be updating, or promoting, or creating.. but I just don't feel like it.. and here I am.. wasting time away being unproductive.

I also feel that way sometimes too and I guess, it's just normal coz doing the same time again and again is quite boring.

its totally ordinary for some webmasters i think
cause you do the same thing everyday and sit in front
of the computer for long hours everyday

I think it's normal really in any profession. Those uninspired times. Sometimes when you know you're in that frame of mind, giving yourself permission to do something else might help. Sometimes I just have to face the fact that I'm not productive at that point and even if I forced myself, probably still wouldn't be. So, I try to go off and do something else that does inspire me. Helps many times at least.
