Hello,
I want to become a hosting company in the future. And I want to provide my customers with a good support. But i don't have technical knowledge about hosting stuff.

How can i acquire sufficient technical knowledge?

Build yourself a web server learn how to manage it.

try to break it then fix it yourself.

Try to set up a web server on your local computer. Install apache, php, and mysql onto it. Next, create a mail server, and an FTP server. Lastly, try to set up a BIND server (DNS).

Try to get all of these functioning on the internet, properly. So that others from the world could connect. Next, create a test (working) website, with some point or meaning.

Keep that "test" site up for a month or two, and really try to manage what's going on.

Read, Read, Read, Read, and then Read some more tutorials or books. Once you have read alot and your head feels like its about to spin be ready to read more since technology is ever changing. Decide if you want to get into Linux or Windows hosting to start so you know what to study first. It is always good to know both though. Look for a hosting company that is hiring, many will hire you, maybe not for alot of money, but it would give you experience in the industry and you can start networking yourself. Another good forum is www.webhostingtalk.com Always remember to ask questions, if you don't ask you will never know

It is very time-consuming to learn about online business. You should be experienced enough to start you own hosting company. You may fail if you don't have knowledge in this. Try to search in Google some cognitive article about online business. And ask definitely questions about it forum members.

Articles aren't going to tell you how to run a business. The thing you guys should focus on is experience. You should know everything about a website, and it's web server. This is why I suggested building one from scratch, off of your home computer.
