It depends, mostly on the person I need to talk to. If they're in good faith, then sure, I'll tell them my feelings, and I'll do it as gently as I can. Starting with accusations doesn't usually get anyone anywhere. Usually, the person won't have meant offense, and will do something about it.
On the other hand, some people just will not listen, change, or ever admit fault. We've all worked with an idiot before, who does things to offend, but won't stop doing them. Starting a fight and getting nothing out of it seems like a waste of time and effort to me, so, usually, in that case, I'll look for some other way to resolve an issue.
