Try loading up 10 tabs with different pages. For fun, have a few of them be big, like with PDFs, or something. Now switch back and forth between them. Not only does it take a while, but the application itself is blocked until the process ( which seems to include reading from the swap file back into memory) is completed.
Maybe bug isn't exactly the right word, but it's not a great implementation.  Opera never blocks, even for a second. Firefox tends to block occasionally waiting for javascript to finish running ( haven't seen this from Chrome), but I haven't seen that as an issue for the mighty FF.
