Try loading up 10 tabs with different pages. For fun, have a few of them be big, like with PDFs, or something. Now switch back and forth between them. Not only does it take a while, but the application itself is blocked until the process (which seems to include reading from the swap file back into memory) is completed.

Maybe bug isn't exactly the right word, but it's not a great implementation. Opera never blocks, even for a second. Firefox tends to block occasionally waiting for javascript to finish running (haven't seen this from Chrome), but I haven't seen that as an issue for the mighty FF.

I just loaded about 30 tabs and except for the first new tab (which hung for a second), I could CTRL+TAB and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB very quickly through them even while the pages were loading. Running 0.2.149.29.

Interestingly enough, when I moved it to the second monitor and maximized, it extended onto the second monitor (Mon 1 is on left, Mon 2 is on right). Only app I'm running for monitor management is UltraMon.

I can confirm that did happen to me too, but it only happens sometimes. Weird, seems to have a mind of its own.
