It's also impossible to watch your own head without a mirror.

So why do people keep on yelling: "watch your head" when you are about to hit it on something?

That's true ... same thing with your mouth. Unless you have a mirror or some othe reflective surface it is impossible to watch your mouth, yet people tell you to all the time!

Also... you can not watch your tone. Your tone is not a visible thing, therefore impossible to watch.

but then again, if you wear dentures then you can and further more,
if you have one glass eye, then you can bite both eyes
