You are shown a painting of two figures with their faces covered. One is holding a gun and the other is lying on the floor about to be shot.

Who would you rather be, the shooter or the person getting shot?

Explain.

hmmm tough to answer... but when the basic nature to survive kicks in, id rather be on the 'safe' end of the gun...

Given survivor's guilt, and morals in general, I'd have to say it depends.

If it was someone close to me, I'd absolutely rather be shot than have to live with shooting somebody.

Plus, we all gotta die some day, and we all face Judgment Day. I'd like to keep my soul as clean as possible.

Since you tell us to choose and "depends" is an exclusion, I'd rather be the one shot. ( I'll make my shooter pay in nightmares if I die)

Neither! I don't want neither to be the shooter nor the one lying on the floor. If I am the shooter, I'll probably threatened to shot to scare my opponent but maybe I won't shot. And of cause, who want to be shoot!!!!
But my reply depend on the circumstances now......

I like guns too, but I would never be able to live with the knowledge that I shot someone so I would choose to be the one getting shot. Can I have that in a toe or tip of a finger?

Haha, of course not! I'm fully capable of expressing my own ideas! I remember seeing this exact question in a movie, where the painting is an actual prop. I tried to find it for this thread, but with no luck!

It just seems like an interesting question.
