no I object on principle. i'll just buy the season on dvd when it's out.
tv is overrated. i listen to lots of music, it enables me to do other things at the same time. the only time in my life i'll get a tv is when i have kids, or prior to that if some kind of "girlfriend" (i use the phrase loosely, being in I.T.) moves in or (heaven forbid) actually marries me - if she's the sort of person who needs to watch tv. but you never know, i could get lucky. then we can wait till the kids are about 5, let em have a tv for say 10 years, and then get rid of it again and let em fend for themselves... "buy your own tv license if you wanna watch your programmes" i'll tell em. "get a job. get your own place - THEN make your own rules to live by". we're all the same aren't we? fascist to the core.
