Fellow webmasters, 46% of women need us more than a little bit of tlc, and 30% of men will gladly go without malekind's most vital method of stress-relief rather than be robbed of our precious networked web of sites...

Quote:
A new survey conducted by Harris Interactive and sponsored by Intel, finds that Americans love and need the Internet. In fact, they'd rather go without sex than without their connection.
The survey, conducted last month with 2,119 adults, found other, less attention-grabbing statistics. Titled "Internet Reliance in Today’s Economy,” it reported that 65 percent of adults feel that "they cannot live without Internet access." Ninety-five percent consider it at least somewhat important to have devices with Internet access. Eighty-seven percent report the Internet has helped them save money. People would give up television and gym memberships before their online fix, the report found.
But those aren't the statistics everyone is talking about. According to the report, 46 percent of women and 30 percent of men would rather go two weeks without sex than without Internet access.

I say we milk them while we have them at our mercy.

"I don't know this" is a paradox, in the context within which you used it (although not generically). if you are able to refer to "this" then in the present, by default, you DO know it; but in your case, oddly, that may not be so. It is hard to tell through the fog of language. AI will take care off that fog in the end.
