The alternate subject/title was going to be "Don't burn the pizza" - because one thing that always happens, every now and then, when you're in a work frenzy, is that you put some pizza in the oven, then 30 mins later you remember, buried deep in your work, that downstairs is some charcoalbread for the bin to eat.
So there it is. Top tip: when making pizza during working frenzies, set aside organisational time to manage the pizza's temperature.
