Hi, I am about to start submitting my podcast to some podcast directories - however i am just wondering what the best method for this is.

The way I see it I have three things I could be submitting:

1. My itunes podcast link (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/M...?id=PODCAST_ID)
2. My feedburner feed address
3. My raw xml feed address

I would prefer to use number 1 as I imagine this will help my rankings within the store, plus as that is run off the feedburner feed the stats will be counted in feedburner. However I'm not sure if that method will work.

Can anyone help here?

Well, there are mRSS and Plain Text sitemaps that should handle the audio just fine.
