I surely remember those letter writing days and buying excessive amounts of stamps!
How absolutely grand to see Son graduate from Basic, really something special to look forward to, I would be counting the days too, please do keep us posted!

The first call was to let us know he got there, the second was Mother's Day and the third was about his leg. It is kind of funny because neither of us is very good at actually writing letters. This experience has forced us to do things we don't usually do

BTW, what's hi MOS?

His MOS is 94E Radio/Communications Security (COMSEC) Repairer. After BCT he will need 6 months and 2 days of AIT before he will be stationed. FT Benning in summertime is the only part of his graduation I'm not looking forward to! Especially since Dad is a polar bear to begin with and can't stand the thermostat ever going over 62! Ahh the things we will endure for our children

I'm trying not to count down the days actually...it makes them go slower After BCT it will get easier because he will be able to email...then we can actually communicate
