What I want to find out is how people in marketplace get paid or how they pay others for products or services?

Oh, they most likely get paid using an online transaction service such as PayPal, AlertPay, etc..

Thanks for the reply. If I understand correctly - Webmaster-talk has noting to do with the payments.

WM-T holds no responsibility for transactions, it's up to the users doing the transaction. ^^

If I am correct, you can purchase webmaster credits to use in parts of the marketplace.
