I like diet coke. I have been drinking diet coke for a very long time.

I started with pepsi, then tried the diet coke and hated it. They perfected it since then, thank goodness, because I had to go to a diet soda. I was gaining too much weight!

I'd advise against diet drinks, particularly those sweetened with aspartame. Aspartame is metabolized in the body as methanol and formaldehyde, which not only builds up in the body but makes you crave carbs. So you poison yourself slowly and gain weight. Perfect diet drink, huh? Yeah, I was a skeptic when I first heard that but I've had several doctors confirm it.

I don't drink any diet sodas at all, only drink the non diet pops.

Some people don't have the option. My son is diabetic and if he were to drink a regular coke/pepsi or any soda/pop of any kind he would end up in the hospital. It has a fast reaction to his blood sugars. Personally I don't like diet but I buy it for him

sodas are all the same...even it says 'zero'.. actually it contain 100% our daily need.. so watch out brother.

but actually, not every body suffer the same effect of that high sugar... i've a family member that never drink water, only sodas, and at almost 80, no diabetes.. strange huh ???

Pepsi, unless your a coke addict.

You will not only feel better, you will notice you trimming the pounds as well...Pepsi is the number one drink for me. Most popular drink in the summer-time, I think.

If you don't want to gain more weight or if you want to lose it, stop drinking that poison.

The word "diet" doesn't make it any better...it's worse!

A week ago I went to a seminar with Dr. Earl Mindell, America's #1 Health and Fitness Expert, and he emphasized that nobody should drink soda if they don't want to ruin their health and heart.

I know it's hard to get cured from an addiction...but isn't your health/life more important?

I have not had a soda since Oct '08. I don't miss them or the 5lbs I dropped! When I did drink it I would Drink Diet Coke with Slpenda. Now I only drink water and unsweet tea.

it's not good for you. But I do drink it, normally Diet. The regular coke makes my teeth fuzzy...
