I hate Mondays.

This thread is for people to air their frustrations and tell the group what they'd rather be doing with their Monday mornings instead...

I'll get things going:

I came into work to over 150 emails this morning and a presentation to prepare for this afternoon... just what I needed when the builders are making such a racket next door...

I would rather spend my Monday in bed. Sleeping peacefully and dreaming of happier things

HaHa you made it!!!!!!!. I didn't think you were serious!!!!! I hate Mondays cause they are just Monday. My "Mondays" are usually Wednesdays.

I managed to do some hardcore slacking yesterday... see if you can do that on Wednesday!

I love Monday as it comes after sunday when we are totally refresh after taking rest on sunday, so monday is full of energetic.

I spent Monday fixing my fence, then was sick all day today. My only conclusion is that hard work can only result in sickness and ultimately death, so must therefore be avoided. Since I'm returning to work tomorrow, though, I don't know how well I'm going to hold to that conclusion. I suppose I'll have to slack while I'm there.

Tim, I'm so sorry you feel bad. I Hope you feel better soon. Working outside sucks!!! I get sick when I'm outside working too.

I would love to work outside...laptop & wireless connection

On occasion you will catch me posting here from a tree but I don't really consider that working. My cell phone works for moding here, but doesn't work too well for designing/coding.

Yesterday was my Monday this week and I had major motivation issues. Kaity and I were late leaving the house, late to her school, late to the office...only a few minutes, but still late.

Monday Morning again!

How many members do we have now?

So it's Monday Morning again. A busy week ahead and just had a seriously tiring weekend... it's sunny and 30º outside so I am wishing I was in my pool... perhaps with a cocktail with a little umbrella in it...

Well, the English names for the days of the week are named for the sun, moon, and the Norse gods/goddesses. So, yeah.

well I suppose they can be forgiven, a pile of crap by any other name would smell just as bad, so Monday could be called BestEverDay and it would still suck.

Monday is named for the moon, so it could be interpreted that said day was predestined to be the one that showed its bright shiny posterior.

My monday is crap as usual.

Google has wiped a significant number of links from one of the sites I'm optimising... gonna have to explain that away at some point...

but what's worse is that I'm in a quandry: I've been offered 2 jobs and I don't know what to do... my options are these:

a) easy job, reasonable pay, short working hours
b) tough job, great money, long days
c) tough job, good money, normal day length.

which one should I go for? I have to decide today!! help!!
