There are companies who offer a database of emails. I'm just not sure about if it's legal to do that

if you have a website, use something like Your Mailing List Provider to capture emails, manage contacts and send out offers and newsletters.

Step 1: go out ask all your friends for their email address.

Step 2: use your fav email provider, and start spamming.

Easy right? Now go get busy.
