You are absolutely right Knight, we all have the right to our opinions and feelings whether it's negative or positive. The thread starter titled the thread "Is Jackson dead?" There is nothing in the title that denotes all positive opinions and feelings while submitting a post. And as far as I know we still have freedom of speech.

As far as the man, he was creative not only in music but in dance, beyond that, that's it. Personally he should never be a role model for anybody, except in the entertainment field with his creativity as far as music and dance goes.

Seems in the public eye he never could recover from the alligations of child molestation. Let's take a look at that. He is a multi millionaire who without a doubt likes childern. But does that make him a child molester? I wounder if anyone would try and extort monies from someone as rich as Micheal Jackson? duh.........who knows what went on but one thing I do know is the Media crucified him in public as they have many before him and will many after him........I do not judge without all the facts!

Bill he's not a multimillionaire, he was broke after the trial, right now he's 500 million dollars in the hole. Doesn't that make you an unmillionaire?

I mentioned role model, here's a good looking black man who turns himself into a white person, what kind of a message are you sending to the younger generation? There's nothing wrong with plastic surgery to enhance oneself, but why destroy your heritage, why not be very proud of who you are, such as Sidney Poitier, Bill Cosby, Magic Johnson, just to mention a very few black men who are so proud of who they really are. Then there is holding a small baby over the balcony rail several stories up, sure an error in judgment, we all make mistakes, but when you are in the limelight you can't afford to make errors such as these.

As far as the media goes, I have seen just the reversal where they will make hero's out of someone where they shouldn't have been hero's, and this will continue on also.

There is plenty of factual information out there, and I will side in with law enforcement on this one. As far as I am concerned, I see a man who was deeply troubled and was no hero, but tremendously talented in music and dance.

If life does not have value does that mean we're just nothing but waste in this universe? probably right but not in the real sense. Every being has his own value and purpose. Nobody is created for nothing.

Saying a murderer a person that has no value may probably be right, but we didn't know the reason why he did that....anyways we're not talking about murderers here aren't we?

Yes, this is a forum... Opinions be it positive or negative are accepted and am sorry for saying to keep it to your self, but saying the only reason why people cared about JM was because he's rich and famous isn't a reason at all. Like what you said, he didn't know us and he wouldn't care if we die or not... but we're just giving respect. Respect for what he had contributed in the music industry and in the whole world.

atleast he got relived from his pain, the pain of having skin cancer and all, according to latest news sources the most horrifying thing was, doctor didnt found any sign of food in his stomach or intestine, this means he was not having appetite and the second news was he didnt has hairs on his head he gone bald, hope this are just not reumors

ah, some people are more equal than others, eh? well I think countries which execute serial killers end up with much more of them than countries which believe in rehabilitation for all

the fact is that in a court, when anyone is on trial, no matter who they are, how screwed up they are, they all deserve the best possible defence society can offer them, otherwise if they are found guilty it isn't a genuine verdict

if you really believe that "some criminals" deserve less representation than others, then you don't really believe in "innocent until proven guilty" and worst of all you don't really believe in the validity of the trial system.

but the basic question, human life -

no I don't believe it is acceptable to make any kind of nazi split in your life, classifying some people as less important than others. that's why we jail criminals, because they are equal to everyone else, so if they do something completely wrong, they have to receive their punishment, since they are no different to anyone else and no less bound by the law

but if you decide serial killers are "different" (which is clearly rubbish when you note that britain has 1 serial killer for ever 400 serial killers in the usa, so it's clearly about how the place is run, not about the people being "born bad" - as nbk is clearly meant to "teach" americans) then in actual fact what you are unknowingly supporting is their RIGHT to be serial killers (however in the USA the right to kill people arbitrarily and en masse is indeed defended, and when american "soldiers" have killed unarmed women, children and even men in countries all over the planet, it is clearly because a lot of them think exactly what you're thinking - judge, jury and executioner is what you want to be. Just like a serial killer!)

I do not really believe that is true.

I think everyone knows that this statement is true.

I never said anything about criminals not deserving representation, i have no idea where you got that from.

A person who is in prison is not equal to me unless they are falsely imprisoned, otherwise a person who is in prison for a crime is less than me, because i follow the law i do not go around breaking it.

And we do not put people in prison because they are equal to us, we put people in prison because they have committed a crime or unless they have been falsely imprisoned.

I doubt that Britain has only 1 serial killer to ever 400 in America unless you know every serial killer in America and in Britain and i doubt you do or anyone else does.

And the majority of serial killers were born bad go read a biography about almost any serial killer and you will see that probably 80% of serial killers had some type of mental problems and they would always do bad things to other kids and animals when they were young, then when they grew up they started killing people, and a lot of serial killers lived good lives and had good parents so it's clearly NOT about how the place is run like you said.

And if Britain was ever invaded by another country who would they call to help them? america thats who.

And i have no idea what you were reading but i never said anything about being a judge, jury and executioner.

All i basically said is i could care less that MJ was dead and i find everything you wrote funny because half of it you made up. lol
