Some of you might not know about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, it's some kind of a common source of hand numbness and pain. You can see some of CTS surgery pictures, hope you still good after seeing those.

And it's a big risk for anyone who works daily on a computer that use mouse and computer on bad position. Here are some good postions on mouse and keyboard usage for you:

Hello Suraja,

Thanks for sharing the information and the pictures, especially the pictures which help tremendously. I happened to look down while my hand was on the mouse, whew, my hand was in the proper position.

My dear friend has Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and it certainly isn't fun, thank you again for sharing.

You should probably get an ergonomic keyboard as well that more suited to your natural wrist position.

Let me add that Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is not 100% curable. So if you happen to get it, the damage is done and surgery is generally the only way to alleviate the compressed nerve(s).

Nerve tissue once damaged, is damaged for good. It is one of the only tissues in your body that cannot rejuvenate itself.

Thanks for sharing it so when you type you needed to have a space on your wrist not touching the table.

Now how did that wound in your err middle finger happened?

Many users on here have joked about my getting Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (or my avatar, at any rate), so thanks for the pictures. I'll try to be a little more aware of my hand position from now on.

Thanks for the info. tho. I didn't know this.. Well I think it would be hard for me to learn the right or wrong position of hands when typing.. As long I get the work done, then it's done.
