weird thing is happening with dreamweaver, i have several sites added to DW and i have no problems at all with any of them except for one, every time i want to open a file no matter if it is from the site added on dw or if i want to open a file from that folder looking for it tru the open file option DW froze up!
but only when i select a file on that particular folder.

I deleted and downloaded the files over an over again from the server and still the same problem but only on this computer not on others.

do any of you have any idea why is that happening??

I suggest learning to use notepad...It's won't crash.

are they html files? are they locked (i think it shows a little padlock next to them) are they checked out?

can you browse to the files and open them in notepad or similar text editor to see if they are corrupt? or drag them to a browser and see if they work??
