How long will you be a webmaster for? Whether you are involved with domaining, web hosting, SEO, marketing, ect. Do you want to make this/ is it already a long term hobby? Would you like to make it a full time job?

Curious to see what others views are on this occupation.

It started out as a hobby then grew into a career for me. I've been doing it for 5, just about 6 years

I do not plan on giving it up anytime soon.

about 8 months now, not long but i learn new things everyday and i'v 5 websites right now, also im planning to start my own company

Im sure most people want to do it for life but the problem in the future might be saturation. The web is already soaking in sites and it is getting easier and easier to setup a website and build a business. I think only the strong will survive and the smaller webmasters will still need to keep a normal dayjob.
