how do i get a website shut down that is stealing my content?
and hot linking from my website?
this website
cybersoftbook.com
copied my entire members area and is hotlinking my content!!!!
i emailed their host but who is to say they are not hosting them selves.
i emailed them to.
who do i contact? and get them shut down?

Yeah! Imagine! they have even kept the same spelling errors.

It's a turnkey site!!!!! there is probably THOUSANDS of them around!!

no i made mine 100% from scratch they copied my site so how do i get them shut down?

they are stealing from i know, you dont know jack about me or my site
all i asked is how to get one shut down thats it i didnt ask you to open your mouth and bad mouth me or my site, this website is stealing my content. not selling for me period!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Well, you've certainly discovered the second quickest way to get banned from this forum, spamming being the first -- flame other members, even better, flame the mods, better still, flame the mods by PM. That's gotta be the quickest ban ever for someone that wasn't spamming. Guess you get to celebrate that Attitude of the Year award all by yourself.
