I work online providing writing services and website promotion services. I have several clients that I work for on a weekly basis. In addition, I am always doing some freelance work.
My child is having health problems. Unfortunately, our health insurance has a coinsurance of 20% and lousy prescription coverage. I have been working pretty much round the clock to make up the difference.
But there is a medicine that she needs urgently and our insurance won't pay for it at this time. We are working on that but for now my child can't wait on the medicine.
Do you guys have any ideas of how I can make an extra $280 in the next couple days. It does not seem that difficult but most of the work I have now is due this week and then I am paid either this Friday or next. So I need something that pays pretty much right away.
Or I need to find work where I can be paid an advance and then complete the work over the next couple ideas.
Any ideas?
