Problem with a client. What do you think?

I created a website for someone that include the following:

(These were all listed in our 2 page contract)
5 Pages
A photo gallery
Content Management System ( word press )
Contact Form.
Shopping Cart (she never gave me a merchant account, or her paypal info)

A few days ago I uploaded the site to a temporary server and delivered it to her. After I sent it she told me that she wanted to "cancel the contract" because the content management system is not user friendly and not working. I keep asking what is not working with it, but she will not answer the question. (it works fine, Ive tested it time and time again) The content management system is very easy to use. I built it using wordpress, and believe me, it is extremely simple compared to drupal and joomla.

Below are some comments from her during the design and development process. (this is where it gets confusing)

Hello Chris,
Great job on the photo gallery! Please remove the categorizations of. Put it all under the main heading of "Wedding Images." Thank you.

Hello Chris,
It's a very elegant intro! I'll look into PayPal and will let you know the outcome. I have attached a photo for the About Us page because I don't like the first one I sent you. We can reserve that photo for the other website. Please move up my personal bio before the testimonials. Thanks!

Hello Chris,
Mock 1 is perfect! I love its design and graphics. I will have my e-photos at anytime this week and will send them to you as soon as it gets here. Take care

Hello Chris,
I appreciate your effort!
Blessings,
She already paid in full for the website (she paid in full upfront so she got a 10% discount), and I delivered it to her already. She said she can "always cancel the payment through her Credit Card company" if she wanted to. There is no way I am going to give her a refund, I delivered the site just as we agreed to. What do you all think? Has anyone been in a similar situation? As web developers what do you suggest I do?

Thanks,

Seems to me that you didn't write up a good enough contract, perhaps most of this was talked about in person / over the phone before beginning the project? If the latter is true, as in someone who lives nearby you or a close friend (which I don't think they were close friend), then you still need to treat them like they are someone you never *ever* met in your life. Don't let *ANYTHING* slip out, like this:

"Oh, if something doesn't work out to your liking, I will refund your credit"

Remember, YOU are the BOSS, and if they don't like it, don't buy your service...

Also, did you show your client a sample of your work?

These are just a couple of basic things you need to remember, because when you sell your time / creativity / design then you can NOT give a refund.

Yes everything was listed in the contract, nothing was left out. I own a small web design business, so yes she did see our work, it's on our website. Thanks for the reply.
