This is the most important meal of the day & its not good if you miss it. So to maintain a healthy lifestyleeat Breakfast. 1 simple peice of fruit will do the trick or whole wheat bread/toast. cereal hot or cold..

I get kind of sick feeling if I skip breakfast. I had some cinnamon "Life" cereal this morning. Yum!

It's Saturday today, so it was Full English for me. Yummy. But during the weekend slice of bread with ham and/or cheese is doing the trick.

I skip my breakfast because I already wake up around 11 am. So I just eat my launch meal.

I've often ate 8+ hours after waking up. Can't say I've noticed any difference in how I felt health wise.

I am trying to avoid that these days and grab a bite of something.

I didn't eat breakfast today which is really bad because I'm 5'8" and 122lbs.
