It really depends sometimes 5 hours other times 6 but usually when I sleep less I take afternoon break or I take a nap during noon time to keep up the lost sleep last night
6 to 7 hours sleep is enough and good for human health.A good sleep will make you feel free from tension and fresh, you will love to work again with great zeal.Although having lots of burden I sleep about 7 hours in a day.

Think about it...if you added an additional 30 minutes a day, that is 182.5 hours in a year. That’s more than a month of working full-time 40 hours per week. Imagine how much more you could grow your business with that extra time.
