My thoughts would be to turn the website into a tutorial with community participation. W3Schools is pretty good for tutorials and interacting examples on html, but no background, etc., nothing all put together to see what a real webpage will look like, only snippets here and there. I think I have only run across a few tutorials where they show you the code and have a click here to see what the page will look like with background, logos, graphics and text. And I also feel an explanation as to how, why, and where to validate your webages.
With Photoshop and Corel Paintshop Pro have excellent tutorials with step by step explanations and graphics, but nothing too much when it comes to coding and putting a website together with explanations. This certainly would be a tremendous help to new webmasters here at Webmaster Talk.
Anyhow just my thoughts.....
