Hallo,

Today I am confronted with a real problem.

I own these 3 domains:
epic-games.de
epic-zone.com
and epic-system.ru

I became an e-mail from "legal counsel for Epic Games, Inc" (seems to be tangible). In the letter they demand the domains above to be transfered to them.

I am not trying to copy Epic Games Inc in any way and I clearly would like to keep the ownership of these domains. Do I have any chance here?

Have anyone had similar issues before?

each country has different laws governing domain names. You need to check with the country's registrar to see if you've made an infringement. I believe in the US, what you've done might be classed as domain squatting...
