I have read that Sony has removed Toby Macquire in Spiderman4 even the cast and director is also replaced...So what can you say about this?

They replaced batman a lot, i personally do not car if Toby Macquire is spiderman or not but it will be interesting to see who they choose as the new spiderman.

I will miss Tobey Maguire, actually I will miss the rest of the cast too, but have to admit Spider-Man 3 wasn't all that great.
