Hello friends,

Yesterday our office ban of personal mobile , some are happy but mostly are opposite of this, what u think is personal mobile ban in office or not ? and why ?

In my office we have a rule to go out for personal calls, so as not to disturb the colleagues, so I think it's a need

No my personal mobile is not ban in my office. It is allowed in my office only for calls not used for sms.

personal phones should not be banned. Employees must reduce the usage of personal phones and conc on work, if so there will be no question of banning.

i dont think it should b ban mobiles r the essential part of any baddyies life so why to seperate it from us.

No, they are not banned. If I want to use them I can do it without any problems.

They are not banned on ours, Nor are you "required" to leave if its a personal call.

However, Most leave the office just so people don't overhear.

If i ran an office, Id ban them.
Id also ban facebook, twitter and Iplayer.

But thats just me who is annoyed at walking passed umpteen people and watching them on FB or twitter etc rather than working.

This is all while im rushing about fixing **** that these people ****ed up in the first place.

If i could, id ban everything that isnt work and id have a team of people with whips.
