Joining a Gym is a good way to relive stress, tension and mental stress/tension.
Very good for meeting people.

I think work and family is two reasons people needs to drink.

I could go for a nice strong White Russian right about now.

Drinking because you're sad always makes you more bummed out. Keep hydrated so you don't feel even worse in the morning.
