This question is for my fellow webmasters. I have a real estate website. My current page rank is 3. I'm currently in Google position 3 for my main keyword, Fredericksburg Homes. I want to go to the top. I've been told that I need to add more authority to my site in order to accomplish this. Please take a look and give me your advice. Thank you in advance for taking the time to help me. I'll see you at the top.

YOU don't "add authority" only other people can do that if and when they link to your site naturally.

AND having just looked at your site, it's unlikely to happen

That HAS TO BE the most over the top example of overdoing the "optimising" to the point of spamming I have seem in a very very long time.
If you have a SEO "advisors"

Had to have a look at the site after Chris's post, I have to admit I haven't seen anything like that in many many years, if memory serves me correctly the site was sex.com very similar seo stratergy except they also went for larger fonts, anyway, quite a unique site in this day and age, suprised you got your keywords to 3rd place though
