hmm, ok I have a plan Chris, you do realise that out sourcing is the main thing, then again you probably would have to tidy up the code and actually get the site to display correctly in most browsers, anyway my plan does away with those tedious little problems, unlike content writing there does seem to be a little bit of a profit margin.
