Have you ever had a fish that taste like mud? A friend of mine pull up a mud fish. When you go to clean the fish, you need to cut the mud sack or the mud taste will be cooked into your fish. I took one bite and spit it back out...yuck! Do you have a fish story to tell?

I do not think it was a cat fish. This was a very large fish and it was really hard to clean. This fish had a mud pocket that you have to cut out just right or that fish will taste like mud. I never knew of a cat fish taste like mud unless it was not clean right. I just wish i knew the name of that fish.

My uncle served us fish for dinner when we visited his place. The fish looks yummy, just ain't sure what kind of fish it was. It looks cooked and everything with all the garnish on the sides. But then when I was about to slice a part of its meat, my knife barely pierced the fish and it started wiggling and moving like crazy and I freaked out and they were all laughing at me.

Garfish are odd fish.
They taste ok, but they look like really small sword fish.
They have a green blood and a blue meat.

Still,
Nice to eat, but have to eat fresh after catching ( Oh and watch out for hooks, They swallow them ,, grr )

( Not me )

That is a cool photo of your fish. So you could really eat this? Do they really have green blood and blue meat, is this really true? Do you know the name of that fish that taste like mud, if you do not cut that mud sack out?
