i received an infraction on "warez link in signature" (having MegaShare.com link) i am not claiming the infraction but wondering if file hosting networks are warez ? how they can be declared as warez
they are open to host any kind of file no meter if pirated because we do not have a tool to check before hosting the file
and as i know all file hosting networks remove the files immediately when they claimed for copy right or piracy
Lets discus how they can be warez

You were probably linking to copyrighted material on the file hosting service in question.

this is not our concern if not claimed
we allow users to host there file and share
as you may know Gmail do not allows exe files and allow only docs and txt etc
and if file hosting networks are warez then forums are marketing tools why we declare them as a discussion boards

I believe you have just destroyed your own argument with that statement. Not showing due diligence in preventing copyright theft is likely to get you sued and/or your hosting suspended.

And that is relevant because?
.exe files are blocked by webmail providers and installed email clients to reduce the spread of virus/trojan payloads.
