We can pretty much agree that kids tend to lie a lot to get out of trouble because if their parents find out they know they'll get punished, and being

punished means no fun. I was wondering when you were a kid if you lied through your teeth to get out of trouble? Or were you always honest with your

parents. If you weren't how often did you lie??

I was an honest child at that time. I didn't lie much to my parents then. Even now, I'm not good at lies. In fact, we need some lies in good faith. Or the fact or reality too cruel to afford.

I would have sold my little sister to get out of trouble. I was an evil child back then and lied when I had to! And now? Well, I'm just sweetness and light!

I was a constant liar as a kid i was always getting into trouble, by breaking things or doing things that i was not supposed to do, and i would always try to lie my way out of it.

But that is not just a kid thing i mean grown people lie all the time and they try to make it seem alright but when i kid lies the parents say they are bad for doing it.

You are right here! I am younger now. but still i have to lie to my parents to get out of trouble. Like when they have asked me that whether i have taken my dinner or not! I told lies that yes i had my dinner.

Of course I did, I hated that, but when I realized that it would be better both for me and my parents' nerves, I lied...
