I think everybody here is having a Facebook account for sure because it is the best and the most used Social Networking all over the world having million and zillion of users. But now we all can know that how the facebook started and how the idea comes in to the mind of a simply guy which in turn makes him an overnight star. All these answers and stories you can find in the new movie named The Social Network.

I will never watch a movie about a guy building a social networking site, and it was not really his idea because myspace was already out when he built facebook.

It's on my to-do list to check it out. But maybe will wait for DVD release, as many people say that it sucked

Well u can say that he has taken the idea from myspace or so but he has launched this site after facebook and now is having a lot more users than myspace.

This is probably the zenith of Facebook's popularity. A movie cashing in on an online social network.

I do have a facebook account and the frequency with which I access it will not be affected even if the movie is great or sucks big time.

Absolutely fantastic movie! Somehow David Fincher managed to make a really geeky film excited and gripping, I absolutely loved it, best film I've seen in ages. Plus, Trent Reznor on the soundtrack too, awesome

However, I don't know any non-geek that's enjoyed watching it...

I watched the movie last week, and I should say I wasn't much impressed, though first I had great expectations, "course the topic is really relevant nowadays
