Hi everyone I was looking for this topic but I can't find it
(if ever there is then let the moderators do what is necessary
thank you )
so it just mean that it was new. Then I will do
the honor of sharing it to you guys. I just seen the news when
I was on my way home last night. I was really moved by this
news. A 33 miners from Chile has been buried 2,000 feet
below and thank GOD they are all alive, living below for
almost 69 days is not a joke. GOD is really good.

See the detail news here.

Pretty much have followed this story from the beginning, truly a heart warming story, globally everyone came together to help anyway they could. All of these men came up alive after this long ordeal, no words can describe the relief and joy for these men and their families.

I missed to watch every miners coming out from the hole.
But really I was amaze on how good they are in rescuing
those 33 miners. Imagine, they used the total cost of
$22,M and I was thinking how did they manage to dig a
virgin rock with almost 2,000 ft. deep? Sorry I wasn't able
to know the details completely from the start.

I am happy for them, but I am pissed that 22 people getting trapped in a mine, when it happens often, is getting more news coverage then millions becoming homeless in Pakistan because of A flood

It is great that the miners got out of their but why are they making a big deal out of this when miners die every day in coal mining accidents, and you never really see news coverage where one miner is trapped but they will cover a story when 33 of them are trapped.

Also i do not know why people thanks god for stuff like this i mean god did not dig those guys out another team of miners dug them out.

Yes I agree with you that there are miners die in a coal mining.
But this kind of incident is rare. This is the first in the history
that not just a dozen but 33 people deep down stuck up for
almost 70 days and did manage to survive, and the other good
news is no one die.

I think this is very common, every human has their own
beliefs. And they are thanking/praising GOD for the successful
rescue of those 33 miners. Thanking that everything went
smoothly according to plans.
