How much would you pay for a fully customizable CMS? Also it says, it will have tons of plugins and addons, and everything will be interactive, you wont need to code anything, just drag & drop, or click on some elements and that's all. And it will be native on it's platform, meaning that if you have a site, you can easily integrate your cms without any problem, meaning it will be native.
