brain is number one. Our entire bodies are just here to support and protect our brains. It's a no brainer really.

Yep, I agree, if that wouldn't be so, we could just get rid of some

but still if talking about the importance, we can't live without brain

Brain controls everything else, so I guess it's the most useful part.
But I really appreciate the usefulness of hands, eyes and legs.

Brain is the most important, it's the command...Second, it's heart for feel...Then , eyes...90 % informations are visual...then, listen ! can you hear me? those are earings

Everybody dance now...Move your legs/hands/shoulders/everything.

clearly though there are a lot of parts that you can live without. The brain, however, isn't one of them.

If we're talking body parts then hands. I'd go crazy without my arms.
I wouldn't be able to browse the internet, scratch my itches, fix my hair, etc.

In our body all part is essential. Without any one part we suffer for work and our life become very hard. We not done work proper absence of any body part.

I also accept with the people who said Heart. It is more important. Even though the brain died (brain death) a human can live with the help of artificial respiration for a particular time.
