Well!! I think you need to have a variation in your food. Fruits vary for me according to season. But there is one fruit i don't miss in both the seasons and that is Apple. As there is saying " One Apple a day, Keep Doctor away"

My favorite is hen fruit...
Two a day...
Sometimes with grits...also a fruit....in the south.....

Also enjoy ham or bacon....the fruit of the pork tree.....

Hi dear,

Fruits are very effective for the health and fitness.
I like the fruits and always includes the fruits in my daily foods.
Apple and orange are the fruits which I eat daily. These are more beneficial for the health.

All fruits have rich sources for body. There's lots of fruits available in markets But my favourite fruit is water melon. I eat water melon every day in summer season. Its taste is sweet and bright colour. Its help to make blood in body.

Mangos, Coconuts, Papayas, Guavas and Lillikoi (Passion Fruit). Available year round here on the Big Island of Hawaii.

I know everyone says "fruit is good for you" but if you were to go back and ask Adam and Eve, I'm sure they would say "STAY AWAY FROM THE FRUIT!".

So that has been my policy.

I'm sure somewhere in my 56 years on this planet, I've eaten an apple or two but the idea of eating fruit or veggies every day seems like torture.

Bring on the fries and burgers...

(Of course that is why I'm a fat old lady)

I eat apple daily. Fruits are very beneficial for the health. It helps in formation of iron in the body. Fruits juices control different disease hazards.
