This is the fact that Water is a necessity for our body and we can't leave without water. As we know that it is always suggesting to drink more water daily to make your body healthy.
I drink almost 7 to 9 glasses of water in a day, Before I drink 3 to 4 glasses in the day but as per guidance of my family doctor I start to drinking more water from last six months. That's really best for me and great for my health. I reduce my diet problem and also increase my energy level. Drinking plenty water in a day is best for health and skin.
Our body's demand for water varies based on season, location and our own individual characteristics. The general recommendation is 2 lts per day, I usually fluctuate between 1.5-2 lts per day.
We can benefit from the water we drink, for me I use it for detox purposes to cleanse my body from toxic. I drink 3-4 Liters a day. If I drink less from my usually intake of water I get weak maybe because it is my daily habit.
It depends on the day and there are days when I hardly drink anything at all, but at the same time I eat soup or eat much fruit.But sometimes I can rink more then 3 litres if it is very hot.
