Try meditation or yoga. That's proven to relax a stressful mind.

Simple if you have no time for them all, then they are not all important.

"stress" is what we do to ourselves by not saying "No"!

I run. And I know, I've heard people say this for years, and I thought it was total BS. After all, I didn't enjoy running laps for wrestling in high school. But I have to say it is like a dopamine shot straight to the brain, and now I'm addicted. A nice day in the park, it's even better.

If you don't have time, try 20-30 minutes of interval training. Alternate 30 seconds of hardcore running; or an eliptical, treadmill, bike, uphill....anything that gets your heart rate up, with 30 seconds at a modest pace.

And if you don't think you have time for even that, please keep in mind that your 30 minute "investment" will pay yoou back many times over in the form of peak mental efficiency. (And trust me, I need all the help I can get

Some coffee might help? Not just because of its energy boost but possible kick.

Do overdo everything. Each of us has its limits. If you feel tired, relax and have a rest. I know its hard to do that especially if your used to,but just try.
